Wallace set for new Munster deal

DAVID WALLACE is poised to sign an extension of his Munster contract.

The 34-year-old, boosted yesterday by his continued inclusion in Ireland’s team for the RBS 6 Nations clash with France on Sunday, revealed he is in negotiation to finish his career in Ireland.

“I’m in negotiations, it’s up in June. Yeah, that would be my plan (to stay with Munster), I’ve been there since 1997,” he said.
