Fitzgerald: No confidence issues in Irish camp

RONAN O’GARA may believe the Ireland squad is lacking in belief, but Luke Fitzgerald is the latest of his teammates to disagree.

The Leinster utility back is always a positive man, and alongside Les Kiss yesterday he presented a compelling case for the defence of Ireland’s November form.

The conditions, he said, were more to blame for the poor fare than Ireland’s dwindling self-belief.
