Schmidt salutes veteran Horgan

JOE SCHMIDT might still be unsure of his starting line up for tomorrow’s Magners League clash with Edinburgh at the RDS (6.05pm), but fans can bank on the presence of vastly experienced wing Shane Horgan.

Schmidt made no secret of his respect for Horgan at a press conference in Dublin yesterday when he declared the player has been “rejuvenated.”

The coach elaborated by highlighting the importance of Horgan’s contribution this season.
