O’Brien cited after Treviso defeat

LEINSTER back row Sean O’Brien will face an IRFU Disciplinary Panel at Ravenhill today which will consider a citing made against him after last Saturday’s Magners League defeat at Benetton Treviso.

O’Brien, 23, has been cited for allegedly making contact with the eye area of a Benetton Treviso player in the 62nd minute of the game in Italy.

He faces a 5pm hearing to be chaired by Harry McKibbin, with assistance from Stephen Hilditch and Neil Jackson
