Clermont seal Paulo deal

CLERMONT AUVERGNE have signed powerful hooker Ti’i Paulo from Super 14 outfit the Crusaders.

The 27-year-old has played second fiddle behind regular starter Corey Flynn over recent years but is enjoying some game-time of late with the latter on the sidelines nursing a sprained ankle.

But it seems that with a baby on the way, Paulo is planning ahead and will join up with the Top 14 outfit ahead of the 2010/11 campaign.
