Ireland A pair ink new Ulster deals

IAN HUMPHREYS and Ryan Caldwell have signed contract extensions with Ulster. Out-half Humphreys has inked a three-year deal while lock Caldwell has extended his stay at Ravenhill for an additional two seasons.

Coach Brian McLaughlin expressed delight at having “secured these two Ulster born players to the squad, for the foreseeable future. Both players are greatly talented individuals, who are highly regarded members of the squad.

“Our aim for Ulster has always been to create a competitive team focused on a core of Ulster men.”
