High-flying champions must keep focus, says happy Heaslip

IT SAYS a lot about Leinster this past week or so that, though their backs have scored 10 of their 11 tries in the two games against the Scarlets, it is a forward who has been named as their MVP both times.

Sean O’Brien picked up the award – and a try – in Wales nine days ago and it was Jamie Heaslip’s name being announced to the crowd towards the end at the RDS on Saturday night.

“We’re happy,” said Heaslip who has been equally central for both Ireland and the Lions in 2009. “We’ve come out of these two rounds of Heineken Cup matches with 10 points and that has put us back in contention.”
