IRELAND captain Brian O’Driscoll dismissed claims his team will have an advantage in freshness and enthusiasm over the Springboks at Croke Park this afternoon.

The South Africans have struggled to reach their potential in this northern hemisphere tour and many feel they are showing signs of tiredness after a punishing schedule which included the three game series with the Lions followed by their success in the Tri-Nations.

However O’Driscoll last night warned against writing off the chances of John Smit and company, insisting: “if you can’t get yourself up for the last game of your season, you’re in trouble.”
