IRFU tackle teenager drop-out problem

The Stay in the Game programme is asking those who stopped playing at any stage to register their interest in returning to the game, as well as telling the union their reasons for quitting in the first place and why they wish to return.

The programme is aimed at narrowing the significant disparity between the numbers who play at age-grade and senior levels.
