Leinster supporters facing costly trip

LEINSTER fans making a late effort to get to the Heineken Cup final in Edinburgh on May 23 will pay through the nose for the privilege.

The cost of travelling from Dublin to the Scottish capital to watch their rugby heroes will come at a hefty price – to airlines like Ryanair and Aer Lingus.

Ryanair yesterday quoted €430 return for travel out on Friday and back on Sunday. For travel out on Saturday and back Sunday, the cost went up to €482.
