England’s Haskell backs Irish to end Grand Slam famine
Haskell is convinced Ireland have the mental strength and ability to see off what he expects will be formidable opposition from both Scotland and Wales in the championship run-in.
“They have to face two games away from home, which won’t be easy, but they’re a clever team with key individuals in key positions. They’re physical and clinical, every time we made a mistake they capitalised, that’s the sign of an experienced quality side,” he said.
