Exiles seal Warwick capture

LONDON IRISH have announced the capture of Munster’s Australian back Paul Warwick on a three-year contract.

Warwick started at full-back during Munster’s last two Heineken Cup outings but has been principally used this season as cover for Ronan O’Gara where he has proved more than capable. Warwick, a full-back or fly-half, has scored more than 200 points for Munster in 33 appearances, will link up with Irish for the start of next season, having agreed a deal that will keep him in the Guinness Premiership until 2012.
