THE good news for Munster should they secure a home semi-final in this season’s Heineken Cup is that they wouldn’t have to play the game outside of Ireland.

The bad news is that they would have to host it in their arch rivals’ back yard.

Teams receiving ‘home’ advantage in the last four are required to nominate a neutral venue in their home country which would leave Munster requiring the use of the RDS and Leinster looking to Thomond Park in the event of making the last four.
