Fitzgerald content to shun the fame game

BOTH are 21, both already have a handful of international caps to their name and what appear to be glittering futures ahead of them, but Luke Fitzgerald and Danny Cipriani seem to have very little else in common.

The Wasps out-half has spent almost as much time on the front pages of the English newspapers as he has the back having been linked with ‘celebrities’ such as Kelly Brook and one of the Cheeky Girls. He has also been dropped by England after frequenting a late night club before a Six Nations game.

Fitzgerald, on the other hand, has never appeared on the radar of the red tops. His headlines have been confined to the sports pages, a fact he is more than comfortable with ahead of his Heineken Cup meeting with Cipriani and Wasps in London this weekend.
