That’s the price of success — and failure — for Declan Kidney’s men as the province prepares for another Thomond Park sell-out of 12,300 under lights on Saturday.

That’s around 500 fans less than squeezed into Thomond for November’s opening pool game with Clermont Auvergne at the work-in-progress Limerick venue. Certain modifications had to be made in the interim, reducing the capacity slightly.
