Heroes’ welcome for victorious Boks

THE World Cup-winning South Africa rugby team have arrived back in the country to a rapturous welcome at the OR Tambo International airport in Johannesburg.

The Springboks, who overcame England 15-6 in the World Cup final on Saturday night in Paris, were greeted by thousands of fans from all backgrounds.

Some onlookers had been waiting at the airport for almost 10 hours before the team appeared.
