Dallaglio uncertain of starting place for Leinster showdown

LAWRENCE DALLAGLIO admits his once cast-iron grip on Wasps’ number eight jersey has loosened to the extent that he could be axed for a major Heineken Cup tie for the first time this weekend.

Wasps face Leinster in a mouth-watering quarter-final at Adams Park on Saturday with director of rugby Ian McGeechan scheduled to unveil his line-up today.

Dallaglio has featured on the bench four times this season, including for the 55-0 drubbing of Treviso, but has never been omitted from the team for a headline European match.
