O’Driscoll says defeats haven’t affected morale

AFTER two test defeats in the southern hemisphere, one would expect Ireland to be in meltdown mode.

Not so with this group, whose captain Brian O’Driscoll described the touring party as the best he has ever been with.

“Despite being beaten, we have really enjoyed one another’s company; we’ve had some great laughs off the pitch and it’s refreshing to know that you can have that at the end of such a long and exhausting season,” he said.
