Fallon steps down

Connacht have just completed their most successful season in history, going out of the Parker Pen Challenge Cup by a single score at the semi-final stage to eventual winners NEC Harlequins.

“It is good to be leaving Connacht rugby in such a healthy state and I sincerely hope the progress made in recent years can now be taken on to a new level.

“Connacht can achieve a lot more success under Michael Bradley, a coach who it has been a pleasure to work with,” said Fallon, who came into the Connacht job after 18 years in journalism.
