Rugby World Cup Sevens launched

The 2005 Rugby World Cup Sevens was officially launched yesterday at the Hyatt Hotel in Hong Kong.

Mark Egan, RWC Sevens Tournament director, launched the official website of the 2005 Rugby World Cup Sevens Hong Kong, www.rwcsevens.com

The joint venture between RWC Ltd and the HKRFU will provide news, results and analysis.

The defending champions are New Zealand, who have won all four IRB Sevens series, while hot on their heels will be England, who have closed the gap considerably by winning the last three Hong Kong Sevens tournaments.
