FIRST full day in the Kingdom of Tonga and the Irish rugby squad have already been given an insight into the way things are done in this most relaxed region of the world.

The squad had been allocated a 3pm slot for training in the city-centre based Teufaiva Stadium but barely an hour before the session was due to begin, the Irish management team were told that Tonga would be using the venue at that time instead.

The home side had already held a session in the stadium that morning and on a whim they decided to go back for another few hours in the afternoon.
