Rookie expecting tough battle from Castres

DENIS LEAMY may be the rookie in the Munster back row, but he’s already thinking like a veteran under the influence of Anthony Foley, Jim Williams, Alan Quinlan and David Wallace.

“From the time I first came into the squad, I’ve grown up a lot, thought much more about what I want to do and what I might do on the pitch.

“I’ve become calmer in situations when maybe things are not going our way. When I was younger, I tended to blame referees for things that went wrong, not thinking about what I might have been doing wrong.”
