Bishop gets the nod for Pumas clash

JUSTIN BISHOP has received a vote of confidence from Eddie O’Sullivan as Ireland aim to keep their remarkable winning streak on track against Argentina on Saturday.

As expected, several players rested for the Fijian rout return. The only selection headache facing O’Sullivan was the choice between Bishop and Geordan Murphy, as Denis Hickie hasn’t yet recovered from the injury he sustained against the Wallabies.

The London Irish star scored a try on his return to the Irish team last Sunday and his impressive display gave him the edge over Leicester’s Murphy.
