Munster young guns tame Tigers

Conan Doyle kicked three penalties to establish a 9-3 lead at the interval and it was all Munster in the second half.
Ian Hanley scored a superb 50th-minute try before earning a penalty try shortly after when he was impeded following on Duncan Williams’ chip.
Evan Ryan converted to send Munster, coached by Jeff Moylan, David O’Mahony and Paul Cunningham, home on a high.
The Under-21s take on a Munster development side at Tralee Rugby Club tomorrow at 7pm before heading into the Interprovincial Championships.
They meet Ulster at Ravenhill, Connacht in Galway and Leinster in Limerick on September 2, 9, and 16 respectively.
The top two meet in the final in Athlone on September 24 following a 3rd/4th place play-off.
