Easterby brothers battle for inclusion by O’Sullivan

IRELAND’S Easterby brothers are united in their determination to force themselves into Eddie O’Sullivan’s World Cup plans.

Back-row Simon and scrum-half Guy were thought of as little more than fringe members of the 30-man squad O’Sullivan brought to Australia.

Both are competing for places in areas of the team where Ireland are phenomenally strong and time is running out as the Yorkshire-born duo battle to be involved in the key Pool A confrontations with Argentina and Australia.
