Betsen back in French squad
Betsen was cited by English side Wasps after he was accused of tripping centre Stuart Abbott during a European Cup match which his club Biarritz won to make the quarter-finals.
Betsen, who faces a disciplinary commission in Glasgow on Wednesday, missed Saturday's 16-9 win against Scotland at the Stade de France through injury, but will replace Patrick Tabacco.
If Betsen is found guilty by the commission on Wednesday then he will be ruled out of the match at Twickenham.
"We believe that he won't be sanctioned," said French team manager Jo Maso. "But if he does miss the match there are other players like Imanol Harinordoquy or Thomas Lievremont who know the team and can come in at a moment's notice."
