Shirt auction

Bandon Grammar School are auctioning a signed Irish rugby shirt for charity.

Last month, the school held a soccer marathon which raised more than €15,000 for the Irish Cancer Society and other causes.

“With Ireland on the verge of their first Triple Crown in almost 20 years, this is an opportunity to own a piece of Irish sporting history,” said Bandon Grammar’s Trevor Collins. “The current highest bid stands at €500 but hopefully we can raise a lot more for some deserving charities.”
