Jones may move to Tigers

Wales fly-half Stephen Jones is on the verge of joining Leicester Tigers, according to sources at the Scarlets.

Jones is out of contract at the end of the season and is being courted by a number of clubs outside Wales.

He has already held talks with the Tigers, and the Scarlets know they cannot compete financially with the best-supported club in England.
