FIFTY cap wonder Malcolm O’Kelly revealed yesterday that the Irish team management have threatened to fine players whose minds stray beyond Saturday’s Six Nations clash at the Millennium Stadium.

O'Kelly will form a Leinster second-row partnership with Leo Cullen on Saturday and, though he was born in Essex, Eddie O'Sullivan and the selectors are ensuring that the Irish players only have eyes for Cardiff.

Coach Eddie O'Sullivan has warned his players not to even think beyond Saturday. Anyone speaking about the English match and the mouth-watering prospect of a Grand Slam will be fined. Indeed, some of them have already.
