Sheahan: Irish have nothing to fear in Paris

FRANKIE SHEAHAN is confident Ireland will learn from Saturday’s unconvincing win over Six Nations minnows, Italy, and travel to Paris confident in the knowledge that the French are far from an invincible force.

The injured hooker wasn't overly downbeat after watching Ireland scrape home against the Azzurri.

Sheahan was back in his alma mater, PBC, yesterday to help launch the Avonmore Milk Munster Schools Senior and Junior Cup competitions.
