Old Crescent host Tag Rugby fest

Old Crescent Thirds hosted the third annual Limerick Pig and Porter Tag Rugby fest on Saturday at their Rosbrien grounds.

With a record entry of 35 teams from across the country, the competition was the biggest tag blitz event in Ireland this year.

A home team emerged winners in the Superleague category. The Raheeners defeated Trinity Room Regulators to lift the Pig and Porter perpetual trophy. Dublin team Alex’s Angels won the Social A category and the Flying Donkeys from Limerick came out on top in Social B.
