WHEN Jim Williams leads out Munster at Kingsholm this afternoon, you can be sure he will be fully focused on the task in hand.

An opening Pool 2 Heineken Cup victory at the home of the Zurich Premiership leaders Gloucester will be the priority of Munster's new captain.
