Journey With Me makes Cork trip worthwhile

Without a win since landing a Grade 2 chase at the 2024 Fairyhouse Easter festival (for Henry de Bromhead), Journey With Me made the long journey south from Derrylin, County Fermanagh worthwhile when landing the Jack Tyner Memorial Hunters Chase in Cork.

The ten-year-old, at one stage of his career rated 162 but unable to score in four point-to-point outings this season, was helped by a fluent leap at the last, which saw him master favourite Asian Master before holding that rival's determined challenge by a neck.
