Byrnes family combine for double delight at Sligo

Backed from 8-1 in the morning and sent off 9-4 favourite, I Am Spider Man came from well off the pace for a cosy win over Hypersonic Missile in the Kevin Egan Cars Handicap Hurdle

The Byrnes family enjoyed another good evening in Sligo, completing a double with favourites Kendancer and the gambled-on I Am Spider Man.

Both horses carry the colours of Cathal Byrnes, were ridden by Philip, and are trained by their father Charles.
