Double delight for O'Keeffe as Sir Gerhard and Asterion Forlonge deliver in Cork

Seán O’Keeffe delivered a double on long odds-on favourites Sir Gerhard and Asterion Forlonge in Cork on another hugely successful day for Willie Mullins who registered an across-the-card seven-timer between Mallow and Fairyhouse.

A three-time Grade One winner, Sir Gerhard, in the colours of Cheveley Park Stud, justified 1-5 favouritism in the Bar One Racing Hurdle, jumping to the front three out and being left clear when the challenging Maidenstreetprince crashed two from home.
