Dylan Browne McMonagle registered his first success since return from a winter sojourn in Australia when the well-backed, Joseph O’Brien-trained Neski Sherelski made a successful debut in the Book Online At DundalkStadium.com Maiden in Dundalk.

In a race dominated by newcomers, the 11-8 favourite, a son of Churchill, came from well off the pace, squeezed through to challenge along the stands rail, and stayed on dourly to beat stable-mate Cow Chico by a length and a half with another promising newcomer Thurmond in third.
