Those who retained their faith in the previously frustrating Ain’t That A Shame were generously rewarded when the 14-1 chance produced a resolute performance to land the Goffs Thyestes Chase on a busy Thursday afternoon in the picturesque Gowran Park.

Trained by Henry de Bromhead and ridden by Rachael Blackmore for owners Robcour, this was the talented ten-year-old at his very best.
