Honeysuckle secures Hatton’s Grace hat-trick

Honeysuckle's rivals sensed Sunday might be the day to exploit some potential weaknesses in the Champion Hurdle heroine as she made her bid for a third consecutive win in the Grade One baroneracing.com Hatton's Grace Hurdle but they left, as all before had done, disappointed.
Fairyhouse was rife with speculation about her participation on the quick ground and that allied to the fact she was, arguably, at her most vulnerable in the same race 12 months previously gave hope, albeit falsely, to those bidding to inflict a first defeat upon the brilliant mare.
