Boylesports were so pleased with the pair for popping in to their Killarney shop that they wanted to give them an extra wedding present - of €2500.

They started a social media campaign yesterday to find the couple and this afternoon announced they had located the newlywed punters.

The couple are Aishling Duggan and Jason McElligott, who were married in Listowel and had their reception in the Park Hotel Killarney.

Aoife Heffron, PR Executive at BoyleSports told Breakingnews.ie that members of the couple's families first made contact through Facebook and last night Aishling’s father rang Boylesports to confirm they were the couple involved.

“Aishling and Jason are off on their honeymoon at the moment,” Heffron said.

“But when they get back their cheque for €2,500 from BoyleSports will be waiting for them.”
