Sedgefield gets the go-ahead

This afternoon’s meeting at Sedgefield goes ahead as planned after the track passed an 8.30am inspection.

Clerk of the course Sophie Barton reports the track to be raceable following a precautionary check.

She said: “Racing goes ahead. The temperature is just above freezing and the frost has not got into the ground.”
