British eventer Laura Collett is seriously ill in hospital after suffering a fall during the national Eventing Horse Trials.

The 23-year-old, who has been training two-time Cheltenham Gold Cup champion Kauto Star in dressage, suffered the accident during the Tweseldown Horse Trials One Day Event at Tweseldown Racecourse in Hampshire.
