Tomorrow's Redcar meeting 'looking doubtful'

Tomorrow's meeting at Redcar is subject to a 10.30am inspection this morning.

The track is heavy, waterlogged in places, following 43 millimetres of rain in the last 24 hours.

More rain has been forecast.

Clerk of the course James Sanderson said: ``We're looking very doubtful.

“It is still raining and I don’t hold out much hope at this stage.”
