Nicky Henderson is now by far and away the most successful trainer in Cheltenham Festival history after an incredible four-timer took him four clear of Fulke Walwyn’s record of 40.

Three were ridden by Barry Geraghty, with Finian’s Rainbow (4-1) taking a controversial running of the showpiece event, the sportingbet.com Queen Mother Champion Chase.
