Ayr inspect for Monday card

Tomorrow’s meeting at Ayr is subject to a precautionary inspection at 7.15am on race day.

Clerk of the course Emma Marley said: “We are raceable at present and it is heavy, soft in places.

“We are forecast a dry day, but there is a possibility of a light snow shower tonight and temperatures of zero, so we will have a look just in case.

“We are confident of racing, hopefully we will miss the snow showers and there are just light showers forecast through the day tomorrow.”
