It was the bookmakers who were all smiles despite a virtual Irish monopoly on day two of the Cheltenham Festival.

Irish raiders scooped the first six races on the card, but apart from 5-1 favourite Chicago Grey in the opening National Hunt Chase, winners were not that easy to find.
