Horse Racing Ireland has confirmed it is investigating the non-payment of winning bets by a bookmaker following the Listowel race meeting.

Horse Racing Ireland has confirmed it is investigating the non-payment of winning bets by a bookmaker following the Listowel race meeting.

The bookkeeper in question was operating on the course over the weekend.

The HRI said it is trying to reach the businessman to secure payment for punters.
