Moore swerves Ffos Las return
Champion jockey Ryan Moore will not return to the saddle until Friday at the earliest.
Moore had been booked to ride Sir Michael Stoute’s Profondo Rosso in the oddschecker.com Maiden Stakes at Brighton on Wednesday, but has been replaced by Kieren Fallon.
He had been pencilled in for a couple of rides at Ffos Las on Thursday, but his name did not appear on the final card.
Currently lying third in the jockeys’ championship, Moore injured a wrist in a fall from Rocket Rob at Windsor on August 9.
