Bell hoping for Powers soft touch

Michael Bell feels Allied Powers could go very close in a Group One contest if he got suitable underfoot conditions.

The five-year-old is a winner at Group Two and Group Three level when there has been plenty of cut in the ground, but has yet to hit the target at the highest standard in two attempts.
