Jockeys banned for seminar no-show

Jockeys Jamie Jones, James O'Reilly and Jose de Souza have been suspended for 10 days by the disciplinary panel of the British Horseracing Authority for failing to provide a reason for missing the Flat Jockeys' Training Seminar.

Jockeys Jamie Jones, James O'Reilly and Jose de Souza have been suspended for 10 days by the disciplinary panel of the British Horseracing Authority for failing to provide a reason for missing the Flat Jockeys' Training Seminar.

They will miss July 16-25 inclusive.

Steve Carson, Royston Ffrench, Kylie Manser, Patrick Mathers and Vince Slattery have been suspended for seven days after the panel failed to accept their reasons for missing the seminars.
