No problems at Bangor

Bangor have cancelled their planned 8am inspection and this afternoon's meeting goes ahead.

Clerk of the course Ed Gretton was concerned by the prospect of overnight frost and although the temperature did dip below freezing, it is already warming up at the North Wales venue.

"There are no problems, everything is fine. We cancelled the inspection as it didn't get any lower than -1C," said Gretton.
